Don’t Give Up on Your Disability Claim
Meet Jeff Davis. He first used another law firm which dropped his Social Security Disability claim when the Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) denied disability.
With Nash Disability Law (NDL), his claim was also rejected after a hearing with an ALJ. But we didn’t give up. NDL appealed and the case was sent back to the ALJ for corrective action.
We are pleased to report that with our persistence and Jeff’s trust, he was then awarded three years of back pay.
