Easy Home Cooking from Nash Disability Law: Christine’s Hawaiian Fruit Salad

Christine’s Hawaiian Fruit Salad is cool and refreshing. It’ll be a big hit for your summer meals or barbecues. You’ll also like how super easy it is to make.

Ingredients:

1 8-10 oz. package of Mini Marshmallows

1 can of mandarins (drained) 

1 can of pineapple chunks (drained)

4 oz. of Maraschino cherries

6 oz. of coconut flakes

½ cup of Daisy sour cream

½ cup of whipped cream

1 teaspoon of sugar

1 dash of white vinegar

Mix all of your ingredients and refrigerate overnight for optimal taste.

(And for a special presentation, carve out a half-pineapple “boat” for serving the salad.)
