Meet Jaqueline Ontiveros

A spotlight on one of the professional team members who works for you at Nash Disability Law

“I’m proud to be part of a team that truly advocates for our clients and works hard to make sure they feel supported throughout the process,” relates Case Manager Jaqueline Ontiveros, a seven-year staff member. “At Nash Disability Law, we don’t just handle cases.  We approach each one with care, dedication, and a strong commitment to doing what’s right for our clients. Being part of a firm that prioritizes compassion and hard work is something I truly value.”

Her compassion for others shines through in the many tasks she does for the firm every day. “I file online applications for our clients, answer incoming calls, and make sure clients have a full understanding of how the disability process works. I also follow up with Social Security to obtain updates and ensure our clients’ cases are moving forward. My goal is to keep clients informed, supported, and confident throughout every step of their claim.”

“What I like most about my job is being able to guide clients during a stressful and uncertain time. Many of them feel overwhelmed, so being someone they can rely on for clarity and support is very meaningful to me. I take pride in making sure they feel heard and understood. I’m passionate about helping others feel supported, especially during challenging times. I care deeply about personal growth and always try to become a better version of myself, both personally and professionally. I believe kindness, patience, and empathy can truly make a difference in someone’s life.”

Jaqueline’s strong affinity for helping people has deep roots. “Family is a big part of who I am,” she explains. “In my free time, I love spending time with my family and my dog. They mean everything to me. I’ve been extremely close with my family since I was a little girl, and I hope to always carry that closeness forward.” When asked if there is a principle or philosophy that guides her life, Jaqueline is quick to respond: “’It does not matter how slowly you go so long as you do not stop.’  This quote speaks to me because life isn’t always about quick results. Sometimes growth and success take patience. What matters most is not giving up, even when the journey feels long.”
