Nash Disability Attorneys Continually Improve to Keep Winning

One constant in the world of Social Security Disability law is that it is always changing.

Last month, five Nash lawyers joined about 600 other Social Security representatives from around the country in Washington, D.C.

They heard from Social Security’s Deputy Commissioner for Disability Adjudication, Jay Ortis, on topics including how Social Security plans to handle the backlog of initial applications and denial reconsideration cases.

Nash Social Security Disability attorney Dan Rosen summed up the major benefit of the conference this way: “We exchanged ideas with other attorneys nationwide to hone our skills for continued success on behalf of our clients.”
