Disability Attorney Dan Rosen Honored

Nash Disability Law is proud to announce that disability attorney Dan Rosen will serve as the 2013-2014 Chair of the Chicago Bar Association Social Security Law Committee. The board recruits attorneys, judges, doctors and other professionals in the Social Security Disability industry to speak monthly at its meetings.

Rosen will also serve as the committee’s official spokesperson and handle any media requests that arise during his tenure. He will also work to continue meetings between government judges and Social Security Disability attorneys in the Chicago area to discuss better ways to serve claimants and guide them through the Social Security Disability process.

“It’s an honor to chair this committee,” said Rosen. “I look forward to serving on the committee for the remainder of 2013 and first half of 2014.”

In addition to serving as chair, Rosen has spoken to numerous groups about the process of getting disability benefits, including the Chicago Heights Vet Center, the Wellness House in Hinsdale, and the Decalogue Society of Lawyers. He has also spoken on several radio shows to discuss Social Security Disability law.
