Simon and Garfunkel got it right when they sang “it’s all happening at the zoo.” It certainly is “all happening” at the Lincoln Park Zoo’s Fall Fest going on from September 25 through November 1.
One of Chicago’s favorite free and family-friendly festivals is back for another season of harvest-time fun. Stop by the zoo to roast s’mores, watch professional pumpkin carvers, pick your own pumpkin, and catch live music and entertainment as you explore decorated gardens in autumn colors. Plus, look for fall-themed enrichment for zoo animals. The zoo promises that there will be new surprises every weekend.
Bring the family for kid-friendly fall fun at Spooky Zoo hosted by the Auxiliary Board or thrill to Haunted History Tours.
Admission is free for all ages with some special ticketed added attractions including the Giant Fun Slide, Fall Fun Zone, Ferris wheel, bounce house, and more.
