Free Summer Movies in Millennium Park

Let’s go to the movies! Pop some popcorn; grab a six pack of soda; but don’t take your wallet or purse—because these movies are FREE. Again this summer, the city of Chicago will be presenting free movies in Millennium Park. You can take a seat at the Jay Pritzker Pavilion or lounge on the Great Lawn.

The films will be shown on a state-of-the-art, 40-foot LED screen Tuesdays at 6:30 pm through August with one additional film on Monday, July 9 at 11 a.m.

Here’s the lineup of July and August movies:

July 3: High Fidelity
Monday, July 9 at 11 a.m.: Iron Giant
July 10: Man on Wire
July 17: International Media Mixer
July 24: Get Out
July 31: WALL-E and Crash
August 7: School of Rock
August 14: Coco
August 21: Slumdog Millionaire
